Precision Underground Services was incorporated and indemnified by the City of Calgary in 2002. We are a Canadian, family-owned company providing exceptional service to builders, developers, and homeowners requiring underground water, sanitary and storm service installations. Precision Underground Services holds SECOR certification.
Precision Underground Services was formed by Joe Ritchot and Wade Ferguson. Including their crew, they have over 50 years of combined underground utility installation experience. Our claim to fame has been our firm belief that customer service is paramount to success. Positive feedback, many repeat clients, and ongoing referrals are a testament to our success.
Precision Underground Services has integrity, expertise and a clear understanding of clients’ diversified needs, and this allows us to handle most underground service installations. Our flexibility allows us to shift our schedules effortlessly in order to accommodate client requirements.
Through the high quality of our work, timely installations, safety and warranty of our work, Precision Underground Services has had the privilege of building trust with our clients.
SERVICES
Residential
Precision Underground specializes in residential infills in the Calgary inner city. We have successfully completed over 2,500 residential installations.
Our efficient processes have allowed Precision to complete the vast majority of our work in a phenomenal one to two-day time frame. We take much pride in our crew and their workmanship, as well as in our network of satisfied clients. This is the premise on which the success of our business is predicated.​

Commercial
Precision Underground Services has the experience which allows us to extend our expertise to commercial jobs requiring a higher level of sophistication in underground utility servicing that is both challenging and complicated.
Our indemnification with the City of Calgary allows us to provide both on and off site servicing. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of pipe, manholes, catch basins and hydrants.
